Ongoing Support

We’re sisters both with a background in healthcare where we spent years helping people through some of life’s most stressful moments. Through our experiences, we learned to be more compassionate, respectful, and calm under pressure — the same approach we bring into your home.
At New Leaf Organizing, our passion is helping you clear the clutter and create systems that actually work for your life. We don’t judge. We listen, we understand, and we make the process feel easier than you ever thought possible.

Heather (She/Her)

Heather turns overwhelm into order with a calm, step-by-step plan. With a healthcare background and certifications in Change Management and Lean Six Sigma, she designs simple systems your family can maintain.
She listens without judgment, helps you decide what stays and what goes, and makes sure everything has a clear “home” — so cleaning is faster and mornings run smoother. As a mom, she understands how busy life gets and builds effective routines that stick.

Kristen (She/Her)

Kris knows firsthand the chaos of a busy family home. With years of experience as a Registered Nurse, she brings calm, compassion, and practical systems that make life easier for parents juggling it all. Her approach is patient and non-judgmental, helping families clear clutter, simplify routines, and enjoy more time together in a home that finally feels manageable.

Out & About

Our community talk at KW Home Group Realty (in Guelph) on the foundations of organizing — both for everyday life and for managing a move — was full of great questions, honest conversations, and those little lightbulb moments we live for.

Thank you Brett for this wonderful opportunity!

Land Acknowledgement
The land we know as Canada is the land of many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples. At New Leaf, we work and live on the traditional territories of many nations including the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee, the Lunaapeew, the Wendat, and the Mississaugas (Michi Saagiig Nishnaabeg), and we recognise and respect their on-going connection to this land.
