About Us
We help busy people (like you) clear the clutter, find a place for everything, and create calm spaces to make everyday life easier — no judgment, just practical, achievable solutions that fit you.
Heather and Kristen, who are sisters, both have backgrounds in healthcare – Heather in laboratory management and Kristen as a Registered Nurse. Neither expected their healthcare careers to lead to a professional organizing business. After discussing with their sister Lisa (who came up with the name for New Leaf), they realized their shared passion and inherent skills for organizing. And with that, New Leaf Organizing was born.

Heather (Pronouns She/Her)
Beginning as a front-line Medical Laboratory Technologist, Heather later took on management roles in community and hospital laboratories. She’s managed multi-million-dollar budgets, led large and diverse teams, and handled many complex projects. As a certified Change Management Practitioner and LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt, Heather loves using her problem-solving and analytical skills to create effective, long-lasting solutions. She is a mum to two amazing young men, both of whom have contributed their unique skills and talents to New Leaf. She is the eldest of the three sisters, an animal lover at heart , admitted coffee addict and foodie, and a life-long learner. Combining her healthcare experience with a love for all things organized, she takes the time to listen, understand your challenges, and find practical, helpful solutions.

Kristen (Pronouns She/Her)
As a busy parent of two kids, two dogs, and three cats, Kristen understands the chaos of daily life. Her home is rarely quiet, and that gives her a unique perspective on managing multiple busy schedules. She too is a coffee addict and foodie, an animal lover extraordinaire, and loves to try out new things and learn new skills. Kristen began her career as a Registered Nurse working in hospitals and long-term care facilities, where her priority has consistently been to help people from all walks of life. Kristen has always enjoyed learning; she has completed certification in Diabetes Education and Nurse Injector to assist and support those living with chronic conditions. With her background in healthcare, Kristen was eager to find a new challenge and explore ways to apply her skills in a fresh and novel way; she brings compassion, patience, and cultural sensitivity to her organizing clients, making her a trusted partner in transforming spaces.
