Every home and project is unique, so timelines and pricing can vary based on how quickly decisions are made, the number of items involved and size of space, and any unexpected challenges that may come up. Our fees are based on an hourly rate of $75.00 A small room such as a guest room or den can involve 6 to 8 hours of hands-on work. Larger rooms may take 16 to 24 hours or more depending on what is involved. You are only charged for actual hours.

For larger spaces, we highly recommend a maximum of 4 hour sessions, especially for the decluttering and purging, to help avoid decision fatigue. It can be challenging to decide which items are staying (and which items aren’t) and we want you to feel comfortable with the choices you make.
